A Montreal native, I launched my real estate career in Ontario with Young & Biggin and then Century 21. Later, I enjoyed over 30+ years of with Royal LePage Burloak holding the position of “Top 1% for Royal LePage Agent in Canada” for 23 years
And now I have pursued a fantastic opportunity with a very progressive company, KELLER WILLIAMS EDGE REALTY! I have a wonderful young and knowledgeable team of realtors.
From the get-go I’ve always set my goals and accomplished them. In fact, it’s my constant need for growth and change that keeps me fired. I most recently earned my Accredited Senior Agent title, specializing in housing transition for Seniors.
One of my keenest interests is the digital world. I dipped my toe into internet technology in 1985 when I started my first data base with a company out of Vancouver called Top Producer. I knew then, that to be a successful real estate agent it was imperative that I keep pace and acquire the knowledge to stay on top.
In the mid-nineties, with my ‘wing-it’ and ‘hope this works attitude’ right on my sleeve I formed a new team. It was a steep learning curve understanding the importance of business plans and gleaning loads of experience being an employer.
But, what gets me up in the morning and gives me that rush is good old fashion door knocking and lead generation that then translates into a deal. I’ve always been successful, but I knew there was still more room to grow.
And so I have taken all this experience, knowledge and drive and incorporated it into KW Realty Edge and shared it with my team. There are many skills and qualities required to be a successful Real Estate Sales professional – integrity, market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, in-depth community involvement and a high quality of professional networking.
