MAKING A LIST OF YOUR WANTS & NEEDS:
We’ll help you create a wish list AND a want list, clearly identifying those items that could make or break a deal.
We’ll want you to identify: type of home (single family dwelling etc.), neighbourhood preferences, transportation and shopping requirements, schools, and community requirements, and of course your budget.
At this time, we’ll discuss setting up a mortgage pre-approval appointment if you haven’t already done so. We can even recommend a mortgage specialist who often have highly competitive rates.
DISCUSSING ANY CONCERNS:
We will be happy to discuss any of your concerns. One that seems to come up fairly regularly especially for current home owners is whether to buy or sell first. That’s where understanding market conditions is really invaluable. We’ll help you choose the best options including coordinating the closing dates and settling out conditions that work best for a planned move.
At this time, we’ll review the Buyer Representation Agreement, and what you can expect from our team.

Although it can be overwhelming at times, for most home buyers, looking at different homes is the most exciting part of the process. We always keep your expectations and criteria top of mind so that we are showing you homes that we think will be the right fit.
It’s our job to pre-screen properties to make sure you are both well suited. And we will always be right at your side to provide you with support and advice from our highly knowledgeable and experienced team of real estate sales professionals.

Beyond our own listings and the standard MLS listings, our real estate sales professionals tap into a vast network of contacts and ‘yet to be listed’ pool of real estate inventory from different brokerages who are willing to share information.
