represents the Top 1% of Canada, translating to 9,000 Sales Representatives. It is the highest award one can achieve. Karen has earned this award for 20 consecutive years.
Lifetime Award of Excellence -
presented to members attaining Director's Platinum or President's Gold for ten years.
Director's Platinum Award -
presented to members who attain the top five percent of each residential market's Sales Representatives' earnings for that year.
President's Gold Award -
presented to members who attain the top 6th-10th percentile of each residential market's Sales Representatives' earnings for that year.
