ryerson-school-dynes-neighbourhood-karen-paul-associatesDynes is one of the most central neighbourhoods in South Central Burlington. Well suited for Toronto commuters, the trip from Appleby Go Station to Union is less than an hour.

The Dynes neighbourhood is bounded by the Q.E.W (Queen Elizabeth Way/403 HWY) to the North, Guelph Line to the East, Walker’s Line to the West with the southern most border being New Street.

Most of the homes in the area were built in the early ’70s and are typical for the decade – detached homes that are either split levels, raised ranches or bungalows.

Besides the Burlington Mall, there are several plazas located on all sides of this area with coffee shops, restaurants, banks, convenience stores and other retailers easily within walking distance.
