The Orchard community is located in the very north east corner of Burlington, Ontario. It features plenty of house options, comfort, and plenty of local shops.  The Orchard neighbourhood began construction in the late 1990’s and currently houses approximately 3,800 homes.  It is a family oriented neighbourhood, and offers a wide variety of homes in every price range. The neighbourhood is bounded by Dundas Street (Hwy. 5) to the North, Burloak Drive to the East, Mainway to the South and Appleby Line to the West.
