Location, location, location… does yours still work for you?

Let’s be honest, where you live might’ve made perfect sense then. But what about now?
When you first bought your country property, space and quiet felt like a dream. You traded sidewalks for acreage. You wanted land, privacy, maybe a workshop, a barn, or just clear views of the stars at night.
But life changes.
The kids are older. Now you’re driving 40 minutes just to catch a soccer game. Groceries, coffee, even a decent gym? Not exactly close.
Or maybe… you still love the space, but you’re doing it all alone.
We talk to families every week who once loved the idea of rural living, until their lifestyle shifted. They didn’t want to lose the land. But they also didn’t want to feel isolated. They craved connection and privacy.
The truth is, your definition of the perfect location evolves. What worked when your kids were 8 might not make sense when they’re 18, or when they’ve moved out.
That’s why it’s worth asking: Does this location still serve your life… or are you serving it?
No pressure. Just a good question to consider. Especially now that you don’t have to settle for one or the other.
