I am a husband, a father, and an entrepreneur. My biggest goal in life is to leave a meaningful legacy for my children. Born and raised in Burlington, I now enjoy raising my three children in the city I’ve always called home. Burlington isn’t just where I live; it’s part of who I am.

Real estate runs deep in my family. My grandmother was a realtor, and my parents have been entrenched in the industry for over four decades, one of them being my mom, Karen Paul. I’m proud to follow in their footsteps and to work alongside my mum today, continuing our family’s tradition of excellence and service in real estate.

I bring a blend of care, experience and personal connection to my work with Karen Paul & Associates at Keller Williams Edge Realty.

Before moving into real estate, I worked as a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist. Both careers taught me how to listen, understand what someone needs and support them through important decisions. That’s the same approach I bring to helping people buy and sell their homes.

Burlington is home for my family. I’m a mom of two: my daughter is a competitive synchronized skater, and my son is a rep hockey goalie. You’ll often find me cheering from the stands. At home, I’m a dog mom, an avid gardener and someone who loves a cozy space.

ANDREA LONCARIC

Executive Administrator, Real Estate & Marketing

I moved to Canada from the UK in 2004, starting my career in law, first as a paralegal, then as a lawyer. After relocating, I embraced new opportunities, including working as an Executive Assistant for a top Bay Street commercial lawyer.

After having kids, I shifted gears, working as an EA in the food industry while discovering my love for family and creativity. That passion led me to social media strategy, specifically for real estate, to support my husband’s growing career.

Today, I’m fortunate to work alongside my husband, Justin, and my mother-in-law, Karen, at KP & Associates. While they handle the buying and selling, I manage everything else, operations, administration, marketing, and social media, keeping the team running smoothly so they can focus on what they do best. It’s not just a family business; it’s a partnership built on trust, experience, and a shared commitment to helping others.
