First impressions are the only ones that matter. Having a home that is well-presented, smells good, depersonalized, and de-cluttered will help buyers visualize themselves living there. Keeping your home in showroom-ready mode throughout your selling process is a must. A buyer could be coming at any time and consistency, and cleanliness are key. Finding an agent who is personal, yet will fight for you if need be is very beneficial for everyone.
